I don't listen to the DVE Morning Show, but I do read Andrew Stockey's blog.

From Andrew Stockey's blog:

Thursday morning, Jim and Randy, upon hearing that I flew with the Blue Angels pilot who was killed last weekend, decided to look at the video of my story on YouTube.com. What they found was a parody which cut between video of myself and another woman who went up separately - edited in a manner which made it seem like we were doing something other than flying ( I let you find the link on YouTube and see for yourself).

Anyway, they played the audio all morning long — and laughed and laughed. Well, I heard about it and called later in the morning. What followed was - from what I'm told - was a very funny interview. An interview that was so comical that Ben Roethlisberger later called the show and said it was the funniest bit he had ever heard.

Here's a link to the 9 minute audio of the segment. (8.2 MB) They make no mention of T&A, of course.

Oh, and here is the T&A video from 9 months ago.

They say imitation is the greatest form of flattery so Jim, Randy, I'm flattered.

During last night's 6 o'clock news, WTAE kept teasing a story scheduled for the 11 o'clock news in which Andrew Stockey would reveal the secret to good sex. As expected, the story turned out to be an overly hyped disappointment. Andrew's secret? Exercise! Big deal.

With the slogan that WTAE employs, I was expecting more.

The H.J. Heinz Co. is in the process of taking down its famous North Side sign that depicts a bottle of ketchup slowly emptying and then refilling. The company is currently looking for a new home for the sign, and the P-G is asking readers for ideas, all of which thus far are stupid or not very original.

Over two years ago, T&A revealed a grandiose plan to construct a large Heinz ketchup bottle next to the french fries in Frank Curto Park along Bigelow Boulevard. Below is an artistic rendering of our vision.

Since our plan for the large ketchup bottle never got legs, we at T&A would like to now formally propose that the displaced illuminated ketchup sign be relocated next to the french fries in Frank Curto Park. If we can't get the big ketchup bottle, this sign would be a good second choice, and the location is a no-brainer. Please write your elected representatives and express your support for the T&A Frank Curto Park/French Fries/Illuminated Heinz Ketchup Sign Plan, alternately referred to as the TAFCPFFIHKS Plan. Thank you.

Adam LaRoche, or Adam LaCrotch as I refer to him, has to be the biggest disappointment in the Pirates' season thus far. I'm having Jason Thompson flashbacks. Not good, Jack. Right now, LaCrotch is batting a pathetic .098. He's not even hitting his weight.

Summer is just around the corner. It's time to put away the snow shovels and winter coats and pull out the lawnmower and motorcycle. So how do Pittsburgh's males prepare for the summer months?

The financial hardship that has led the Port Authority of Allegheny County to cut service levels has been quite the story lately. So how will riders adjust?
